Eliseo “Cheo” Vega 

is a multi-grant winning musician from San Francisco, California. 

During his time in college he performed, arranged and composed for the school's top jazz orchestras. Additionally, Cheo was the creator, leader, manager, promoter, composer, and arranger of “The Dynamics,” a seven piece Jazz, Funk, and Hip-Hop band. During this time he won grants to study works by John Coltrane, Gil Evans, and Duke Ellington. Inspired by his findings, he composed and performed seven original pieces.


Once he moved to Brooklyn, New York he created “GlenCheo” a seven piece Funk, Hip-hop, Latin, Soul band that performed in venues throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan such as Mercury Lounge, Bowery Electric, the Bitter End, etc. During his time in NYC he also studied film scoring at NYU and worked as a freelance composer, arranger, and performer.


After a year of travel, performing, recording and composing, he has moved to Hollywood where

he furthers his career in the music industry.
